Together they have helped build and shape Wells Fargo and Fargo Courier to be amongst leading companies in Kenya.

Having learnt the security sector from grass routes, he grew into his current position as the managing director of both Wells Fargo and Fargo Courier.
Gai has been a director at Wells Fargo since its inception in 1977. She was educated in both Kenya and UK, and trained as a commercial pilot. Initially Gai worked in the aviation industry running her own company. During this period she trained with the Kenya Police Reserves and gained the rank of Chief Inspector. In 1987, she took on a full time role at Wells Fargo as Operations Director, bringing with her a wealth of experience of practical, operational and logistics.
After his training in the National Youth Service from 1965 to 1967, Francis joined the security sector soon after and worked his way through the ranks to senior management positions. He helped form Commercial Security Services which was the fore runner to Wells Fargo and that same year, he transferred to Wells Fargo at its inception, as the personnel director. Francis brings a subtle combination of local knowledge and compassion when dealing with personnel issues.
