    Due to the nature of our business, we have to implement stringent criteria for our recruitment and training processes:

    Age has proved to be a key discriminator for reliable candidates and therefore all our recruits are all over the age of 22 We use an independent local firm to run background checks and vet all individuals before they are considered They are then evaluated and put through our in-house training programme Annual refresher courses are compulsory

    As a consequence of our rigorous programmes our staff are of a very high calibre and we have a very low turnover.
